Eligibility Requirements: Applicants for a bachelor’s degree must hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, demonstrate outstanding academic performance, and be under 25 years old.

Applicant Requirements: Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens, in good physical health, and demonstrate both academic excellence and good conduct. Applicants must not be recipients of any other scholarships at the same time. Winners of major national or international competitions are eligible to apply.

Language Requirements: Applicants for bachelor’s degree programs must have a minimum Chinese proficiency level of HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) Level 4.

Application Procedure:

Step 1: Online Application

1. Apply online via the International Student Office website.

Log in to the Tianjin University of Technology International Student Application System (https://tjut.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx) and complete the online form.

2. Upload the Application Form for the Tianjin University of Technology Scholarship for New International Students to the system.

Application Documents:

2. Notarized highest academic diploma or a pre-graduation certificate

3. Academic transcripts

4. Proof of language proficiency

5. Foreigner Physical Examination Form

6. Certificate of No Criminal Record

Special Notes:

● Faxed copies of application materials will not be accepted.

● Incomplete or falsified application materials will not be processed.

● There is no need to mail hard copies of the application materials. However, the university and its admissions departments reserve the right to request original documents or certified copies issued by designated authentication agencies for further verification.

Step 2: Track Your Application Status Online

You can check the progress and status of your application through your registered email or the Tianjin University of Technology International Student Application System.

Please ensure that your email address is correct and check your inbox regularly to avoid missing important notifications (such as interview invitations, etc.).

Step 3: Admission and Enrollment

You can check your admission results through the Tianjin University of Technology International Student Application System or the announcement section on the International Student Office website. Admitted students must report to the university and complete registration strictly in accordance with the date specified in the Admission Notice. At registration, original documents such as the diploma and degree certificate will be verified. Applicants who fail to obtain the required certificates will have their admission canceled.

Important Notes:

1. If any application materials are found to be falsified or not personally completed and submitted by the applicant, eligibility will be revoked immediately.

2. Scholarship recipients who are unable to register on time must inform the university in writing at least 15 days before the registration date, stating the reason. Those who fail to report without a valid reason will have their scholarship qualification canceled.

3. Students who fail the entrance medical examination, withdraw, or suspend their studies will have their scholarship eligibility revoked.
